Brief
Procam needed a system to manage their inventory of equipment and to manage the booking process flow from quotation, hire job composition, equipment check-in/check-out through to invoice generation.

Solution
The bespoke application created for Procam centres around a Gantt chart interface which displays all resources and bookings. It incorporates drag and drop functionality, graphical indicators and colour coding to give context to the information. Flexible filtering and grouping tools give them lots of options for displaying the data in a clear and concise way. The system contains a CRM module to manage clients & suppliers and create bespoke client hire templates. A warehouse module allows them to manage their stringent check-in and check-out process of equipment onto hire jobs; the teams are assisted by displays linked into the database to give staff in the warehouse an at-a-glance up-to-the-minute view of hire jobs coming in and going out.
